We want to ensure you are fully equipped for your next adventure; if your gear isn't the perfect fit, you can return your items within 30 days of purchase. All returned products must be in their original, unworn condition with all protective packaging and tags intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely place the items in their original Pit Viper packaging to ensure they are protected from scratches or damage during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then attach it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Take your package to any Australia Post location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
